Desktop Work Base does not sell Marvel NFT comics, tokens, subscriptions, or downloadable installers through https://desktopworkbase.click. Rates on the pricing page are informational. There is no cart and no payment form here, so there is nothing to refund through this site.

When a fee might exist

If you later agree by telephone or email to cataloguing, variant logging, reading-order work, or drop-window notebooks, any fee is arranged off this website. Those conversations are the contract for that session, not a click-wrap purchase of a digital good.

If agreed work does not occur

If a scheduled desk session is cancelled by Desktop Work Base, any fee already transferred by the method you both agreed will be returned in full by the same method where practical. If you cancel more than one working day before a session, we return the fee minus any non-recoverable room or materials cost already committed, explained in writing.

If work has begun

Once issue cards, variant sleeves, or notebooks have been prepared against your files, fees for completed portions are not returned. Unfinished portions can be stopped; we then charge only for hours already spent, documented in a simple session note — still not a marketplace invoice for comics.

What cannot be refunded here

We cannot refund Veve marketplace purchases, Marvel-licensed products bought elsewhere, cryptocurrency transfers, or Binance-related activity, because we are not those platforms and we do not process those payments. Desktop Work Base is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software for library notes.
